supporting documentation.Solicitation No. 1282A723Q0005; Temporary Services; Forest Service Job Corps; Services to be performed at multiple Job Corps locations.  See solicitation for specific locations.                (i)  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart  12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.                (ii) The solicitation number 1282A723Q0005 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).                (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08.                (iv)  This solicitation is a total 8(a) BD program set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 561320 and the small business size standard is $30,000,000.00.                (v) Line Item 0001 Temporary Services – Period of Performance One (1) year; Line Item 0002 Temporary Services – Period of PerformanceThree (3) month Option Period.                (vi) Temporary Services                (vii) Anticipated award date December 12, 2022.  Dates of performance to be determined on subsequent individual Task Orders.                (viii) The provision, and addenda to the provision, at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.                (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services is applicable to this acquisition.  The specific evaluation criteria in paragraph (a) include Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. The award decision will be made on a best value basis.                (x) Quoters will need to complete copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services on www.sam.gov and submit a copy with their quote.                (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and a the stated addenda to the clause.                (xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.  Additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to this acquisition.                (xiii) There are no additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices.                (xiv) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating, are not applicable.                (xv) Quotes are due NLT 12:00pm (mst) December 05, 2022, via email to Jennifer.rockman@usda.gov.                (xvi) Questions or information regarding the solicitation should be directed to Jennifer Rockman at Jennifer.rockman@usda.gov.
