The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) proposes to issue renewal Air Quality Control Operating Permit AQ0243TVP05 for the King Cove Facility, under Alaska Statutes 46.14 and regulation 18 AAC 50. Applicant: Peter Pan Seafood Co., LLC 2200 Sixth Avenue, Suite 150 Seattle, WA 98121-1820 Location: 500 K, Cannery Road, King Cove, AK 99612 Activity: The stationary source processes fresh seafood into edible products. Application: As required by 18 AAC 50, Peter Pan Seafood Co., LLC applied for a renewal operating permit for the King Cove Facility. The application was received 6/24/21. Emissions: The potential annual emissions will not exceed: 40.8 tons PM, 248.3 tons NOx, 114.7 tons SO2, 164.1 tons CO, and 13.3 tons VOCs. The total quantity of regulated air pollutants is 581.2 tons per year. ADEC Preliminary Review: Based on review of the applications, ADEC drafted a preliminary permit decision for the King Cove Facility under AS 46.14 and 18 AAC 50. Available

Opportunity for Public Participation: Any interested person may present written statements relevant to the draft documents, as long as they are received by the close of the public comment period. ADEC will consider all comments received and make any changes ADEC finds beneficial or necessary to assure compliance with 18 AAC 50 or state law. ADEC will issue a final decision to issue or deny the permit after the close of the public comment period. ADEC complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
