The City of Norfolk (“City”) is seeking a responsible vendor to provide produce for the Virginia Zoo (the “Zoo”) according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation.BackgroundThe Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to deliver quality produce that will be fed to animals at the Zoo on as-needed basis. The quantities listed in the bid form are estimates only; there are no minimum number of cases guaranteed.
