The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District (LRP) intends to procure Medical Surveillance services including recordkeeping and testing and evaluation of employees requiring exam services district-wide. LRP employees work at 41 sites in Western PA, Northern, WV and Eastern OH.The Contractor is responsible for providing all necessary management, personnel, materials, equipment, supplies, and services to provide Occupational Health Services.The General Physical Examinations include, but are not limited to:Fit-for-DutyLock Operator PhysicalMaintenance Worker PhysicalDive PhysicalCrane Operator PhysicalCommercial Driver’s License PhysicalMedical Surveillance Examinations include, but are not limited to: asbestos exposure, noise exposure, respirator user, bloodborne pathogens, lead exposure, Chromium VI exposure, chemical exposure and Aborovirus exposure.The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 621111 – Offices of Physicians
(Except Mental Health) and the small business size standard is with a small business size standard is $16 Million. The anticipated period of performance is April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024, with four (4) one-year option periods. If exercised by the government, the total contract term including the exercise will not exceed 5 years 4 months. Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside online via SAM.gov. Requests for hardcopies of the solicitation package will not be honored. Any resulting award will be for one, firm-fixed price (FFP), performance-based indefinite delivery Requirements contract made to the responsible* offeror whose quote is the lowest.
