Roadway & Traffic Engineering Services 2020

The Project Delivery Bureau of the Highway Division of the Vermont Agency of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as VTrans, is seeking Contractor engineering services to assist in the development of roadway, intersection, traffic, park and ride, rest area, and/or safety-related transportation projects. The selected Contractors, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, shall be responsible for performing a variety of assignments including, but not limited to, engineering, project administration, design, hydraulic analysis, environmental permitting, survey, geotechnical evaluation, Right-of-Way (ROW) services, utility relocation services, and advertisement and bidding services during all phases of a project, from project definition through construction.
