TRAINING DEVELOPMENT FOR THE ARMY SECURITY ASSISTANCE ENTERPRISE

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, on behalf of Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army, Defense Exports & Cooperation (DASA-DE&C), intends to award a new sole source contract under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5), as implemented by FAR 6.302-5, "Authorized or Required by Statue" Commonwealth Trading Partners (CTP). The contract will provide support in the development of training curriculum for the Army Security Assistance program for a period of ten (10) months.This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability with regard to this requirement via e-mail no later than 12:00 P.M. EST, 08 August 2019. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
