CDBG funds will be used for this project. The scope of work generally consists of pavement rehabilitations and reestablishment of pavement delineations and pavement markings on mostly residential roads. The Work is to be done in accordance with the project’s Plans and the Contract Documents and Specifications and as directed by the City Engineer. The specific Work to be done under each Bid Item is described in Chapter VII – Technical Provisions via narratives. Questions or clarifications concerning the scope of work shall be submitted prior to the deadline. The Engineer’s Estimate of Probable Costs is $3.9 Million and the time for completion of the work shall be fifty (50) working days.The City has moved to an online platform for submittal of proposals.
