3408 - 2020 Labieux Road Drainage Improvements Project Initiation Project Description :The City of Nanaimo (the City) is seeking to secure a multidisciplinary consulting team for the detailed design of the 2020 Labieux Road Drainage Improvements Project. This project includes the replacement of approximately 700m of stormwater mains within 2020 Labieux Road (the Site), treatment of stormwater at the property line(s), conveyance of stormwater to and through 2300 Bowen Road (the Park), a stormwater retention pond, and landscaping as well as active transportation facilities around that retention pond. Design of a multi-use pathway from Beban Parkway to the retention pond, tender assistance, construction administration & construction inspection, and post construction services are not included in the scope of this RFP and considered as optional work.
