This facility is a 2-story building, comprised of approximately 52,000 GSF. The project will be focused primarily on Inspire Park Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) upgrades with a portion of renovation to provide science teaching lab(s). Strength in MEP replacement/upgrades is critical.As mentioned above, the bulk of the project will be focused on MEP upgrades.
