REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 2023-2024 Trail Design, Construction, and Maintenance: Evans Creek Preserve and Big Rock Park South The City of Sammamish is soliciting proposal submittals from firms experienced in trail design, construction, and maintenance for two parks: Evans Creek Preserve and adjacent City of Sammamish (COS) south parcels #6817810400 and #6817801450 (see Attachment A); and Big Rock Park South (see Attachment B). The City highly encourages women and minority owned firms to submit proposals in response to this RFP. The Request for Proposal packet may be obtained by visiting the Current News Releases section of the City’s website at https://www.sammamish.us/news-events/current-news/. Interested firms may visit Evans Creek Preserve and the adjacent south parcels on their own. Big Rock Park South is not available to visit at this time, however a site map and photos are

available (Attachment B). Questions concerning this RFP must be submitted by Friday, February 10, 2023, at 2:00 pm using the following form: https://form.jotform.com/sammamish/ECP-BRPS-Trails-Questions Answers will be posted on the City's website under the associated RFP item under Current News Releases by Tuesday, February 14, 2023. Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City. Please submit one pdf of no more than 20 pages. All materials must be received no later than Monday, February 20, 2023, at 5:00 pm.
