As a governmental body we are tax exempt. 
 
Vendor will indicate purchase order on all invoices submitted for payment.
 
Based upon the results of the evaluation, the County will select a
vendor(s) who it determines to be the lowest and best vendor(s) meeting
all required specifications.  
 
Bidders submitting proposals must realize that other County Departments
may elect to utilize this bid after its original award. 
Additionally, Hamilton County is permitting area Municipalities,
Townships, Villages and Cities to utilize our bid opportunities after
the award of the bid however there no

guarantees on additional orders.
 
If the Vendor attempts any unauthorized communication with individuals
associated with this project or quote, the County will reject the
Vendor’s quote.

Examples of unauthorized communication are:
 
Telephone calls (All questions must be e-mailed to
HAMCOPurchasingQuotes@hamilton-co.org or submitted through Bid Sync)
Letters, e-mails or faxes regarding the quote or its evaluation prior
to the award made to anyone other than the County Purchasing Department
Visits in person or through a third party attempting to obtain
information regarding the quote
