This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All solicitation information and applicable clauses are included in the Attachments to this notice.Solicitation W9127N22Q0027 for procurement of 1,400 Lucira Check-It COVID-19 Testing kits, with an optional CLIN for 1,200 more kits, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please see the attached product description for requirements. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. Delivery of Test Kits will be 200 EA 10 days after award; 200 EA every 2 weeks after - all going to US Government Moorings, 8010 NW St. Helens Road Portland, Oregon 97210.This solicitation is advertised as a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 325413 In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.  Quotes are due no later than, 22 February 2022, at 2:00 PM PST.
