REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS RFQ #24-001 PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES Pursuant to Florida Statutes, Chapter 287.055, the Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA) invites qualified firms to submit a letter of interest and supporting documentation relating to Professional Architectural and Engineering Services. PCHA is seeking general services architectural firms. This is an indefinite quantity contract solicitation whereby PCHA intends to select three or more firms qualified to provide architectural and engineering services on an as-needed basis. RFQ #24-001 document packages will be ready for distribution on Monday, February 26, 2024. A Pre-Submittal Conference will be held at the PCHA Central Office located at 11479 Ulmerton Road, Largo, FL, on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. Submittals are due by 2:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.
