Public Works Field Supervisor Village of Winneconne, WI The Village of Winneconne is accepting resumes and applications for the full-time hourly Field Supervisor position in our Department of Public Works.  This is a front-line operations leadership position with duties that include managing day-to-day and working alongside the crews that maintain public facilities including buildings, streets, parks, cemeteries, and a municipal compost site.  The Field Supervisor leads snow removal operations.  Also responsible for working alongside and directing the crews that maintain the water distribution system, the sewer collection system, and the stormwater collection system.   The ideal candidate is highly knowledgeable in municipal field operations, focused on key production and quality metrics, well-organized, and patient and polite with colleagues and members of the public.  The Field Supervisor is required to be available during emergencies including but not limited to water main breaks.  Significant experience with construction or equipment operations and supervisory experience are strongly preferred.
