The Expanded Access Event is a new special event sponsorship category under the District’s Tidelands Activation Program (TAP). A separate proposal must be submitted for each venue for which the proposer is proposing and responsive proposals will be evaluated separately for Venue 1 and for Venue 2. Proposer(s) may submit a proposal(s) for: Venue 1 – Cesar Chavez Park and/or Venue 2 – Chula Vista Bayfront Park 2.
