The Expanded Access Event is a new special event sponsorship category under the District’s Tidelands Activation Program (TAP). Please review full Scope of Services in RFP uploaded here under the "Documents" Tab Other Details Notes 1. Proposer may submit a proposal to produce a multi-cultural festival for one or both venues. A separate proposal must be submitted for each venue for which the proposer is proposing and responsive proposals will be evaluated separately for Venue 1 and for Venue 2. Proposer(s) may submit a proposal(s) for: Venue 1 – Cesar Chavez Park and/or Venue 2 – Chula Vista Bayfront Park 2.
