Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) intends to award a single award, firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).This BPA will have an ordering period of five (5) years from the time of agreement.The purpose of this BPA is to provide law enforcement personnel, security, emergency management support, and special events services for the Pentagon, Raven Rock Mountain Complex, and over one hundred leased facilities in the National Capital Region (NCR). PFPA has grown significantly in its mission responsibilities, and the size of its police force. This has increased the need for Law Enforcement Duty Gear Equipment. Over the next five (5) years, PFPA is preparing to provide Law Enforcement Duty Gear Equipment to upwards of 800 law enforcement personnel.
