Title of Project: Speaker The speaker will create a model that includes having a formal infrastructure, elected interdisciplinary councils, leading change through empowerment and engagement of staff. The speaker will conduct a one day workshop based on the following agenda:o Building and Promoting Health Teams: Foundation for building teams & creative strategies to promote open & honest communication on a daily basis.o Creating a Culture of Accountability: Accountability and honing in on skills that improve results and facilitate effective working relationships. o Relationships at the Point of Care (RPC): Concepts and skills designed to strengthen teamwork and collaboration with all colleagues specifically ancillary and support departments.o Transformational Leadership: Develop skills in empowered leadership and shared decision-making.Type of Procurement:The responses to this Request
