RFQ: Permit Tracking System

Description: The City of Orinda (City) invites qualified vendors to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) demonstrating the ability to provide a comprehensive, integrated, permit tracking and public assistance portal system for the City’s Planning and Public Works departments. The City desires to enter into an agreement with a vendor that can provide a range of services including cloud-based permit application and tracking, adaptation of existing permit applications, integration of existing permit data, and staff training for the new system. The new system will manage workflow, record keeping, inspections, and reporting for all Planning and Public Works functions.
