The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires a 3-year digital Video Communications (VideoCom) program to prepare high school students for careers in the Audio/Video Technology industry and industry certification in Premiere Pro video editing software. The program shall focus on duties and tasks performed by professionals in video communications and be aligned to the adopted DoDEA Video Communications standards and competencies, as well as current version of Adobe Certified Associate for Premiere Pro. The high school level VideoCom courseware designed to introduce students to the concepts and equipment related to video production. Through a hands-on, project oriented approach, the program shall enable students to apply knowledge on filming, composition, non-linear insert editing, lighting, storyboarding, audio and computer graphics/effects in order to communicate effectively in this medium.NOTE: Follow guidance in the solicitation for Questions and
