The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to amend the current lease for airport property for navigational aid sites (ADA-08809 MOA), at Nikolai Airport by amending and verifying the list of facilities and changing the mailing address. Applicant: U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration. Annual rent: Free. Authorized uses: Aeronautical – Establishment, construction, installation, operation and maintenance of air traffic control aids for navigation, communication, and weather reporting. Includes rights-of-way for establishing and maintaining above and below ground utility lines to the navigational aids.This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease amendment without competition.
