The Gym is to be a new modified bitumen roof system over new lightweight concrete. The 100 Wing building will have repairs made to its roof ridge flashing. The 200 Wing roof structure and roof system will be replaced with new metal trusses and a 24 gauge prefinished standing seam roof system. The 300 Wing roof will have a portion of it’s building roof system replaced with a 24 gauge prefinished standing seam roof system. The 400 Wing and 500 Wing roofs will have all of its roof system replaced with a 24-gauge prefinished standing seam roof system. The Library will have repairs made to its roof ridge flashing and the metal panels on one gable end will be replaced.
