The services consist of removing sediment and debris from approximately 190 storm drain inlets (catch basins) equipped with trash capture devices (TCD’s) in various locations throughout the City. The contractor will be asked to provide these services once during the period between the execution of a contract and May 30, 2024. The exact scheduling of the work will be finalized after a contract is in place. The project will be awarded to the contractor with lowest total price. The City, in consultation with the Contractor, reserves the right to reduce or increase the number of catch basins to be serviced, and the same unit pricing will apply. Prevailing wage rates must be paid for all work associated with this project. Other Details All bids must be submitted to PB SystemTM by 2:00 pm on Monday, April 8, 2024. Bid results will be available at that time and viewable via PB SystemTM. Any questions regarding this project should be submitted through the online Q&A feature of PB SystemTM. Questions can be submitted until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Answers will be available online via PB SystemTM. Contractors will need to meet the requirements of the attached sample contract. Bidders are requested to upload their proposal or quotation on company letterhead in addition to submitting their line items electronically on the PBsystem platform.
