Life insurance coverage for local employees at the U.S. Embassy Beirut

The United States Embassy in Beirut, Lebanon has a requirement for life insurance services for locally hired employees of the U.S. Embassy. The estimated number of employees is approximately 618. Please note these are only estimated numbers. The anticipated performance is for one base year starting on February 13, 2019 and ending on February 12, 2020 and four-one year periods at the option of the US Government.The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
