Looking for production services for the annual Bayfest Music Festival at Florida International University. The Bayfest Festival is an annual concert planned and executed by students for students. The production company hired for this event will need to communicate effectively and make sure we have all the materials needed to help produce an amazing show. The company will have to be flexible and understand that the festival is a student-run production and not a normal arena event. Details of Event When: Saturday, April 6, 2024 Time: Doors open 6:00 PM; Show Begins 7:00 PM; Would like to end show by 11:30 PM Venue: Biscayne Bay Campus; Load-In: Day Before or early morning day of show. While we do understand that the technical riders attached to this bid are tailored for an arena show,.
