PUBLIC NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF ABINGTON REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR Grove House Architectural Design Services The Township of Abington, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania (“Township”) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants and firms to provide architectural design services related to the design, planning, and completion of the Township’s proposed FY2023 CDBG-funded project to renovate and rehabilitate the “Grove House” property located at 1383 Easton Rd. Roslyn, PA in the Township. The Township is a federal entitlement community under the US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The services requested by the Township are detailed in the RFP. Interested parties can obtain a copy of this RFP by visiting https://www.abingtonpa.gov/RFP. The following criteria, in order of importance, will be used to select the consultant for this project: Qualifications, certifications, and previous experience in managing a housing rehabilitation program, housing rehabilitation projects and other construction programs.
