Quoters do not have to sign and return one or more copies with quote.The United States Forest Service (USFS), hereafter “TENANT”, requires exclusive office space of at least 1,500 Sq. Ft. of usable (ABOA) space. Rental agreement will begin around June/July 2020 and includes a 3-month base period. The tenant has the option to extend the rental of the office space on a monthly basis for up to an additional three (3) months. A thirty (30) days' notice will be given to owner/management representative, hereafter “LANDLORD”, by the tenant when the tenant intends to terminate the rental agreement and/or vacate the occupied rental space. Location of the office space will be within a five (5) mile radius of the Nez Perce - Clearwater National Forest Supervisor’s Office. (903 3rd Street, Kamiah, ID 83536) The office space must be safe, code compliant, mechanically heated and cooled, adequately lit, support a healthy work environment for employees, be professional in appearance, efficiently support office use, and provide adequate security during use and non-work hours. The space must also feature broadband internet (minimum 20 Mbps with wifi and/or ethernet ports) and telephone services to support the daily work activities of the employees using the space. The office space must include:(a) Bathrooms: The USFS shall have exclusive access to both men’s and women’s bathrooms, with fixture counts commensurate with number of employees occupying the spaces.(b) Parking: The USFS shall have dedicated parking with ADA commensurate with number of employees occupying the
