The scope consists of renovating a men's and women's restroom, converting each to a family style restroom that complies with ADA standards. The existing rooms, including wall finishes, stalls, fixtures, portions of the plumbing, a portion of the HVAC, and acoustic ceiling system will be demolished and renovated.
