The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of a series of 24-inch and 30-inch supply and return lines, installed via open cut and horizontal directional drill, including connections to existing facilities and associated piping, valves, excavation and trenching, stub outs for future service connections, and all other miscellaneous items of construction necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications. The project shall be bid to include a Base Bid and three alternate bids as depicted on the plans

and described further in the specifications. Bids will be considered for constructing the project using both Ductile Iron Piping and HDPE piping and associated fittings.
