Description The intent of this funding opportunity is to award new or renewal grant awards to consortia consisting of Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) and Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs) to with a focus on building and supporting the workforce capacity of the National Nuclear Security Administration’s (NNSA) Nuclear Security Enterprise (NSE) by (1) expanding scientific and technical knowledge in the areas of Advanced Manufacturing, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or Nuclear Security, (2) providing experiential learning opportunities for students in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) related disciplines, (3) building and strengthening research and education capacities of participating institutions, and (4) promoting collaborations with the NNSA NSE.
