Psychological Safety Training

Psychological Safety Training Project Description :AIMCo is looking for a progressive and innovative organization that can support AIMCo on its journey towards creating a psychologically safe and inclusive organization through training, coaching and other tools. Topics of interest include how psychological safety can help improve equity and inclusion, decision making, team effectiveness and continuous improvement. This NRFP is intended to solicit Proposals for Psychological Safety Training as outlined in this document (the “Project”). Proposals are expected to address the following components: - Psychological Safety Training; - Psychological Safety Coaching; and - Psychological Safety Tools or Support Material.
