The intent of the project is to bring the restrooms identified in this scope up to the same level of construction materials and finishes as the newer restrooms in the Ocean Center designed in 2008.BackgroundThe Ocean Center is an extraordinary meeting, conventions and event complex in the heart of Daytona Beach. With more than 205,000 square feet of meeting space, the Ocean Center hosts events large and small, each with exceptional attention to detail. All work will need to be coordinated around the event calendar and confirmed with the County’s Project Manager and Ocean Center Staff. Work areas will need to be cleaned and maintained for safety daily.
