Filters listed are a sample for ordering purpose and are not guaranteed. * Start date of contract will be July 2024 dependent upon Board of Education approval for one year .The Columbus Board of Education may, at their option and with the approval of the Contractor, extend the period of this Contract up to a maximum of 3 additional years. The Contractor shall be notified in writing by the Director of Buildings and Grounds of the Columbus Board of Education’s intention to extend the contract period at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the expiration of the original contract period.* Upon awarding of this bid, the purchase order will serve as the contract for services rendered.
