Sole Source~~ Combat Fitness Facility

The Army Contracting Command -Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) behalf of the Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG), intends to award a sole source contract for the support of increased maintenance for AWG's Combat Fitness Facility (CFF). The contract shall be Firm Fixed Price, with an initial period of performance of 12 months, with four (4) 1-year options.The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source bases with TS Government Solutions, 31566 Railroad Canyon Rd. Ste 2 PMB #1413, Canyon Lake, CA 92587, Cage Code: 589K5 under the statutory authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(5) and 15 U.S.C 637, as implemented by FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or Required by Statue. The North American Industry Classification System code is 811490 and the Small Business Size is $7,500,000.This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Interested persons may identify their capability and respond to the notice no later than 3:00 PM EST, 17 July 2018.
