PRJ56707 CM for ATC Roof and Skylight Replacement Project Description :British Columbia Institute of Technology invites Proponents to engage with BCIT in a flexible procurement process (Negotiated Request for Proposal) for provision of Construction Management Services. Reference Appendix A – Background and Deliverables. The purpose of this NRFP is to retain Construction Management (“CM”) services through a CCDC5B-2010 contract for BCIT’s ATC Roof and Skylight Replacement Project. The main objective of the project is to replace the existing roof membrane, insulation systems and skylights to maintain water proofing of ATC building as outlined in Appendix A – Background and Deliverables. This scope of the Construction Management services is anticipated to be completed over a period of three (3) fiscal years (FY23-FY25). The Construction Manager will work in collaboration with the Prime Consultant and BCIT. The Construction Management services are anticipated to be delivered through the initial phase outlined below, followed by a multi-phased construction schedule. BCIT plans to sign a CCDC 2 - 2008 Stipulated Price contract with the successful CM for the construction phase of the project. Phases 2 and 3 will proceed at BCIT’s discretion based on pre-determined stage gates throughout the design development
