Master Agreement for Legal Tender Advertising

The Province requires an external partner to act as agency of record for legal and tender advertising. Legal and tender advertising includes notices and other information the Province is required to issue by law. Examples include, but are not limited to, inviting bids for infrastructure projects and issuing notices pertaining to the guardianship of children. This RFP is managed by CPE, which is the Government of Alberta’s full-service communications, public relations and marketing department. CPE is responsible for managing issues and reporting relating to the Contract, but Purchasers will access the Contract independently of CPE and request services directly from the successful Proponent. b) Project Objectives The goal of this RFP is to secure a partner agency to provide the full suite of advertising Services as they relate to Government of Alberta legal and tender advertising. These include, but are not necessarily limited to: • Media planning • Media buying • Artwork production • Ad distribution • Administration Contract duration The estimated contract period will be 37 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/06/01.
