The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. This noitce does not constitue an invitation to bid or a request for proposals/quotes. All interested parties should respond. Scope: The Montana National Guard G6/DCSIM requirements in Data Management, Knowledge Management and Catastrophic Disaster Recovery has requirements to upgrade our existing data storage and compute environment and implement a hyper converged infrastructure solution to replace our existing primary and COOP site datacenters for both our production and VDI environments, totaling four separate clusters. In this project it is vital to minimize data loss and user down time within sites. It is imperative to the Montana Army National Guard for this approved solution to be in accordance with (IAW) Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and JITC approved
solutions to work within our Storage Array Network infrastructures in compliance with Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) as well as the Industry Best Practices.This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages must include:1--Positive statement of intent to summit a proposal/quote2--A completed and signed Sources Sought Information Request Form, (see attached)3--A listing of projects completed during the past three years with planning/installation of HCI, both for government (more important) and private industry. Details of solutions and support provided, dollar value, contract number (if government), location, point of contact (POC) are to be included. Indicate if you were the prime or subcontractor, and if the subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. 4--A brief outline of resources (including HCI brand licensed for), subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract.
