The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 8E, Block 100, consisting of approximately 16,500 square feet (ADA-09524), at Willow Airport for 51 years. Applicant: Timothy J. Schrage. Annual rent: $1,567.50. Authorized uses: Aeronautical – Operation and Maintenance of a hangar for storage, parking, and maintenance of aircraft, associated vehicle parking and private and rental aircraft tie-downs.Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., July 13, 2022, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease.
