Fort Rosecrans Historical Wall, San Diego County, California. Project consists of includes replacing failing walls, rehabilitating damaged walls,replicating missing finials and capitals, modifying and providing new irrigation and landscaping, rebuilding curbs, gutters, rubble walls, providing new retaining walls, replacing concrete steps and railings, refurbishing entry gates to make operational and automated, providing a lighted crosswalk across Cabrillo Memorial Drive.  The work also includes refurbishing 30 plaques of various sizes throughout the grounds of the cemetery.  A complete design (drawings and specifications) is included.  The magnitude of construction is $1,000,000.00 - $5,000,000.00.  Project duration is 270 calendar days.  The project is issued as a Competitive SDVOSB.  The NAICS code for this is 237990.  This acquisition will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation, using the Source Selection procedures Best Value - Tradeoff method.
