Project: Machine Shop Services Ref. #: 2301142-MPDS Type: ITB Status: Open Open Date: Nov 21st 2022, 2:30 PM CST Questions Due Date: Dec 2nd 2022, 4:00 PM CST Close Date: Dec 13th 2022, 2:30 PM CST Days Left: < 1 Project Description:The University of Texas at Austin (“University”) on behalf of Applied Research Lab (ARL:UT) requests bids in response to this Invitation to Bid no. 2301142-MPDS (“ITB”) from qualified and experienced vendors (“Bidders”) for machine shop services provided by ISO 9001 certified industrial machining contractors (“Services”). Respondents must hold current ISO 9001 certification. Proof of certification must be submitted with bid. The University expects to enter into a business contract for services with the successful bidder(s). The contract shall be effective November 30, 2022, or when the agreement is fully executed by both parties(Effective Date) and will be effective for one (1) year. If mutually agreeable in writing, an option to renew the BOA with

individual Vendors may be exercised in one-year increments for an additional (4) years. ARL:UT prefers bidders that can provide the full scope of services however, The University reserves the right to make multiple awards and to award any or all items (partial award). The Services, which are more specifically described in the Scope of Work (“SOW”), include (but may not be limited to) CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, waterjet cutting, and associated finishing applications.
