COUNTY OF CLARK INVITATION TO BID BID NO. 2695 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT SEALED BIDS will be received by the Clark County Council in the Office of Purchasing/General Services, 1300 Franklin Street, Suite 650, Vancouver, Washington, UNTIL 1:50 p.m., on the 27 th of August 2019, for the purpose of securing: Jail Security System Upgrade Project BIDS will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Councilors Hearing Room, 6 th Floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, Washington 98660, at 2:00 p.m., August 27, 2019, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. Bid specifications may be requested by contacting the Office of Purchasing/General Services at 564-397-2323. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities. There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on Wednesday July 24, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. at the following location: 707 W 13 th Street, Vancouver WA 98660. Attendees shall meet in the north street level lobby of the building. The Jail Clearance form included in the bid documents must be submitted by July 10, 2019 to attend.
