Track Changes The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), located at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for Administrative Services to include management, supervision, quality management and labor to support the following labor categories: administrative assistants, general clerks, receptionist, technical writers, word processors and accounting clerks. The FAA contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods. The contract will have firm-fixed price, labor hour, and cost reimbursable travel line items.

This acquisition was originally a combined set-aside consisting of eligible small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns and service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB concerns; however, it is now being changed to a set-aside consisting of eligible

SDB concerns only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561110, Office Administrative Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5 million. This source selection will be conducted utilizing Lowest-Price Technically-Acceptable procedures.

Proposals are due no later than 3:00 p.m. local time (Central Time Zone), July 3, 2018 and must be submitted to FAA, Customer Service Desk (AAQ-700) depository located in Room 313, Multi-Purpose Building. Physical Address: 6500 South MacArthur Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73169. Mailing Address: P.O. Box 25082, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73125. The proposal must be sealed and labeled as follows: SIR/RFO 6973GH-18-R-00092, C/O Cynthia Cooper, due 3:00 p.m. CT, July 3, 2018. Offerors submitting proposals by hand-delivery will need to consider allowing sufficient time to process through the security procedures in place at MMAC. Overnight delivery of responses to this SIR/RFO may also be impacted if not sent in sufficient time to allow for the special mail-handling procedures in place at MMAC.

In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 3:00 p.m. CT, July 3, 2018, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award.

This SIR/RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation.
