Description

Scope of Services
The work to be performed or executed under these specifications consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required by the contract documents to construct the above stated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consists of demolition; grading; constructing a post-tension PCC basketball court, hardscaping, irrigation, landscaping, drainage, and park amenities.

Bidders must possess the following
classification(s) of California Contractors License at the time that the Bid Proposal
submitted and at time the Contract for the Work is awarded: A - General Engineering.

Notes
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will
be held on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Marina Hills Park, 24802
Marina Hills Drive, Laguna Niguel, CA, meet at existing restrooms, followed by a
mandatory site visit.
