Requirement for hotel rooms, conference space, A/V equipment rental, and meals for a Yellow Ribbon Program event in St. Augustine/Jacksonville, Florida with an anticipated 20 rooms needed for Friday, 5 August 2022 and 10 rooms needed for Saturday, 6 August 2022. Room count will be finalized on 15 July, and any necessary adjustments will be made at that time. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Friday, 5 August 2022 until 2pm Saturday, 6 August 2022.
