RCPAC Scalable Internet Service Provider

The City of Raleigh, Raleigh Convention and Performing Arts Complex (RCPAC) desires to contract with one Internet Service Provider (ISP) who can provide failproof and scalable internet service for the Raleigh Convention Center (RCC) and Martin Marietta Center for Performing Arts (MMCPA). The annual service expectation is for a vendor to provide scalable service for daily use with the ability to increase provided bandwidth to support vendors and patrons during events that require bandwidth in excess of the standard provided. Additional bandwidth during such events will be charged at daily or weekly rates and can be provided by the ISP with no more than five business days’
