Box 240927, Anchorage, AK 99524Location:        Northing: 7,825 km; Easting: 393 km; Zone: 6Activity:          Oil Search (Alaska), LLC applied for a minor permit under 18 AAC 50.502(c)(1) for a new or relocated stationary source and under 18 AAC 50.508(5) to establish Owner Requested Limits for avoiding minor permitting for PM-2.5 and PSD permitting for CO and VOC. Emissions:      Potential emissions for the stationary source will be 110 tpy for NOx, 246.7 tpy for CO, 71.6 tpy for VOC, 9.8 tpy for PM-10, 9.8 tpy for PM-2.5, and 90.1 tpy for SO
2.ADEC Preliminary Review:  Based on review of the
