One 80 feet x 40 feet storage building with four insulated garage doors and a 3-foot man door on both sides to be located within Pine Ridge, South Dakota next to the current security building. One 40 feet x 32 feet storage building with two insulated garage doors and a 3-foot man door on one side to be located within Kyle, South Dakota next to the current FEMA trailer. In Kyle the fencing in front of the new storage building will be demolished and new chain link fencing will be installed from the nearest link to both sides of the building. One 40 feet x 32 feet storage building with two insulated

garage doors and a 3-foot man door on one side to be located within Wanblee, South Dakota next to the current FEMA trailer. In Wanblee, the fencing in front of the new storage building will be demolished and new chain link fencing will be installed from the nearest link to both sides of the building. This new fence will also accommodate a door situated too allow access side door in Kyle and Wanblee. All three installed Covid-19 storage buildings will be placed and anchored to a concrete pad with an accompanying concrete apron that is sloped to prevent water buildup out to the adjacent road. The concrete apron shall be 80 feet x 12 feet in Pine Ridge, and 40 feet x 12 feet in Kyle and Wanblee. The buildings will also have electrical service connected, outlets provided and installed, and overhead LED lighting. As well as a sufficient unit heater installed. The designed buildings will have insulation, steel siding, and steel roof. This project will be procured as a 100% Small Business set-aside solicitation under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.  The associated size standard for this procurement is $39.5 million.
