The City is seeking to select a consultant, or consultants, for design engineering service. Upon successful negotiations with the selected firm(s), the City will enter into a two-party Design Engineering Services Agreement with the consultant. The roadway facility is Losey Boulevard from Mormon Coulee Rd to Ward Ave. The signalized intersection is at Losey Boulevard & Main Street. The selected consultant(s) will provide all necessary reports, prepare and submit all necessary applications and permitting materials, facilitate agency coordination, prepare any required right-of-way plats, and prepare and submit construction plans, specifications, and estimates.
