The Belton Independent School District (“District”) invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for submit Proposals for Books (All Types). This would include hardback, paperback, e-books, magazines, and textbooks.
NOTE: This is a supplemental RFP, therefore, if you are an awarded vendor on RFP #2012-450-252, you are not required to complete this proposal. If you complete this proposal, it will supersede your original response on file. A listing of awarded vendors is within the attachment tab of this proposal.
This proposal does not ask for individual pricing on specific items. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis. The estimated value of services, equipment and/or supplies purchased annually is over $50,000.
THIS IS A NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT, and as such, the Belton Independent School District reserves the right to negotiate any terms, conditions, or pricing with a Proposer prior to an award.
Belton Independent School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District.
