Project Description:The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking qualification statements from a qualified firm licensed in Engineering in the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as Consultant, to develop a comprehensive Transportation Master Plan in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation and in accordance with the Consultant’s Competitive Negotiation Act (C.C.N.A. – Florida Statute 287.055).
The data collected from the surveys performed by the Consultant will be utilized by the City to implement traffic and transportation improvements in order to foster safe,

convenient, and sustainable options that meet the needs of the community and increase accessibility.
Consultant must have documented experience in the preparation of Transportation Master Plans for similar projects and meet the minimum qualifications described in this document.
The City anticipates utilizing federal funds for this project, as applicable, potentially including American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) or the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), thus this project will follow Federal Procurement guidelines.
