Liberty Drive, Wheaton, IL 60187 followed by site visits to the Public Works facility and then to each Fire Station. All attendees shall meet in the front parking lot of the Police Department. Attendance is required at the pre-bid meeting for those wishing to submit a bid. The City will not accept bids from Vendors that did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Failure to sign pre-bid sign in sheet will prohibit the bidder’s proposal from being accepted. Vendors are responsible for obtaining accurate measurements and accessing the hardware requirements during the mandatory site visit. This will be the only site visit offered.
